I thought about adding a numerical setting for complete control, but decided that it would add too much setting complexity at once. (0.2.0 added Logistic warehouse research cost is now based on the cost of "Logistic System", for better balance when using mods that alter that research. Warehouses were changed to 6x6 as per a suggestion, so if you are upgrading from a very old version of the mod it will make all existing warehouses potentially overlap and cause unknown issues. I'm not against this in theory, but the storage variants were deliberately left at their old sizes when the mod was rebalanced for 0.17 for one single reason: Reducing the capacity could make items vanish. I'd be quite happy to make all the capacities match, but I need to find a way to prevent losing warehouse contents upon upgrade first.
